Jenna and Ross — south shore engagement photographer

Hasn’t this been an amazing week? I’m feeling pretty waterlogged from all of the pool and beach time, but I’m not complaining. I promised Calder that this, the week after school ended, would be the week that I put work on the back burner and hung out with him, and we’ve really had a great time. I may have set a dangerous precedent, however, not just for him, but for myself as well — it’s just so nice to shut the computer off early in the day and then just head out into the sunshine. However, we do need to eat, so I’ll be editing in great quantities in the coming weeks. Stay tuned for some great shoots!

Today I’m happy to present Ross and Jenna’s engagement/wedding/family shoot. Jenna contacted me a few months ago and asked me to be the photographer at a backyard celebration of her marriage to Ross, which has already taken place. “We did it all backwards,” she claimed, describing her two kids and telling me that they had already eloped and just wanted to have a fun party with family and friends. I met up with the entire gang at Turkey Hill for their shoot, and backwards or not, I think they did it right. Check out blondies Fiona and Jasper. They are super awesome. And Ross and Jenna? Amazing. Jenna laughs with her entire body, all the time, and Ross clearly loves to see it as he was constantly whispering hilarity-causing secrets in her ear. Happy happy!
