Lindsay and Josh are engaged! — Boston engagement photographer

The day I met Josh, he was serving as a groomsman in his friend’s wedding. I was with the groom in his hotel suite, shooting details, and Josh arrived in his spiffy suit, right on time for us to take photos of the wedding party. As the other guys arrived, however, it became clear that poor Josh was in the wrong color suit. Now, if this had happened in the bridal suite, people would have to be medicated. The guys, though — they took it in stride and within an hour, Josh had driven to a nearby store and purchased the correct suit. Now, I can’t say for sure what was going on in Josh’s head during all of this, but on the outside? He was cool and calm and totally in charge. As soon as I met his fiancé Lindsay, I figured out where that calm comes from. Lindsay is a second-grade teacher with a smile that lights up the room and she just really couldn’t be any sweeter. She has this easy and comfortable presence that would put anyone at ease. Together, she and Josh are, like, the MOST fun. We met up on an unseasonably warm November day to shoot their engagement photos, and I think you can see how happy they are together.
