Anna and Jay thought I was kidding when I told them that I was planning on squeezing into their suitcase so that I could go with them on their honeymoon. Okay, that’s weird, but that’s just how much I love these two – I just want to hang out with them all the time and take pictures of all the happiness and love that oozes out of them. Despite a steady drizzle and a last-minute ceremony location change, these two just smiled (sometimes through tears) and laughed and danced their way through their wedding day. Bonus: ice cream truck.
Beautiful details:
Is there anything more elegant than a bride putting in her earrings?
GORG.
Lots of tears when Anna came downstairs in her dress.
Jay was the picture of calm.
I love it when my couples elect to do a First Look. It’s such a special moment.
A little rain wasn’t going to bother anyone.

Plenty of time for fun photos in the AWESOME garage full of vintage Corvettes. And Harleys. Just sayin’
This is Anna, five minutes before the ceremony. Seriously, how amazing is this girl??
A nice mixture of laughter and tears during the vows.
Look at the baby blues on Jay. Lucky Anna!
Married!
The tent was so pretty, and filled with awesome details.
More tears during Anna’s dance with her dad, but they had the whole crowd howling when they broke out into a crazy dance to “La Vida Loca!”
Rule #1 in wedding photography: If there is a pristine ’63 Corvette available to pose with the bride, you take the shot. How amazing are these?
A little more rain? No problem. Anna is very fashion forward!
Can you stand it?
Did I mention that in lieu of a cake, Anna and Jay had the Nona’s Ice Cream Truck come? Brilliant!!
Anna and Jay, thank you so much for making me a part of your day. I am so grateful to you and to your families for making me feel so much a part of your happiness. I wish you all the joy in the world! xoxox
